About our products
- Our Vinyl Stickers are printed on an eco-solvent printer and die-cut to shape. They're printed in Republic of Ireland.
- Our Buttons are 1 inch (25mm) in diameter, and come in packs of three. They're made in France.
- Our Sketchbooks are printed and bound in the Republic of Ireland. They feature 48 pages of 146mm x 206mm (approximately 5.8" x 8.1") 80gsm white paper. All paper and card come from controlled Scandinavian Forests (FSC Certified). The covers are printed using soy-based inks on FSC Certified card.
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through PayPal (although, you don't need a PayPal account to purchase). All prices are in Euros, as the payment and processing side of the operation is located in the Republic of Ireland, which is in the Euro currency zone.
Shipping
- We will ship our products anywhere in the world. Due to security issues, we'll only ship to the billing address of the PayPal payee. Please ensure that the address is for regular post and not couriers (like UPS, Fedex etc). If you're shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately with your PayPal Transaction ID.
- Please note- all products are being shipped from Ireland using the regular Postal Service, so shipping times to Europe is about three working days, the USA and presumably the Rest of the World, up to two weeks.
- Our shipping rates are the same worldwide, simply because there is very little difference between the different rates supplied by our Postal Service. We don't understand it either.
- We are aware that sometimes the shipping may be higher than necessary (when multiple items ordered etc.) We will do our best to keep shipping costs down, and refund any excess shipping costs through PayPal.
Returns
- If in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please return them to us, in the original packaging and we will refund the cost of the products. Returns information is included with your order.
